I complained again to our server (who was very nice and apologetic) the server said she would ask the manager to speak with them. moved as they were incredibly loud, all 6 of them, we were moved to the other side of them. ( I am a women and I will not call them ladies). The hostess sat us in a corner next to a group of outrageously loud gals. My husband and I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our table. Looking at the other bad reviews here it appears management just puts forth a generic reply about priding themselves on great service and hoping people will give them another try. I will never go back here and will for sure make sure everyone we know knows not to go here. The food was inconsistent from person to person - completely not worth the price. I wanted to say something again, but at this point it was just annoyingly bad / sloppy service, it was clear they weren’t going to really fix what was going on, and I didn’t want to take the focus away from celebrating my husband’s birthday. I was charged for the nice glass I ordered even though they ruined it. When I said something they took the glass and brought a clean one - again poured the cheaper wine. They offered a free glass of wine as a courtesy and proceeded to pour the wrong, cheaper wine into my unfinished better glass. The whole group was done with their meal by this time. They apologized and took it back to prepare a new one, which took almost 40 minutes. Ordered the surf and turf - they brought my steak out well done even though I ordered medium rare. Went here for my husband’s 40th birthday with another couple and spent almost $700.
